Wipro Ltd. (WIT) reported that fourth quarter total net income attributable to equity holders improved to $317 million and net income for continuing operations attributable to equity holders increased to $289 million. Total Revenues were $2.02 billion and revenues for continuing operations $1.76 billion.
Earnings per share attributable to equity share holders of the company were $0.13 per share.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.12 per share for the quarter on $2.07 billion revenues. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
IT Services revenue for the quarter was $1.58 billion, representing a sequential increase of 0.5 percent and year-over-year increase of 3.2 percent.
Looking ahead, the company expects June quarter revenues from its IT Services business to be in the range of $1.575 billion to $1.61 billion.
