NRG Energy Inc. (NRG) announced that its Board declared a quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 per share on an annualized basis, an increase of 33% since the last quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable May 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2013.
