Evotec AG (EVOTF.PK, EVTCY.PK) announced that it has extended its drug discovery alliance with Genentech, a member of the Roche Group (RHHBY.PK), for three additional years.
Evotec said that the collaboration was initiated in May 2010 and this extension further validates Evotec's technology platform and broad expertise in drug discovery.
Mario Polywka, Chief Operating Officer of Evotec, said, "We are delighted and proud that Genentech has decided to extend the current agreement. Both sets of scientists have collaborated very closely over the past few years and this extension is validation of the value we bring to Genentech's discovery programmes.
