CNBC reported Monday morning that ValueAct Capital has taken a $2 billion stake in Microsoft Corp. (MSFT).
Microsoft gapped open higher Monday and is currently up 1.20 at $30.97 in early trade. The stock has broken out of a 2-week range and has set a 7-month high.
