Time Warner Cable (TWC) Tuesday said it has appointed Philip Meeks as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Business Services, effective June 3.
Meeks will be based in Time Warner Cable's corporate office in New York City and will report directly to Rob Marcus, President and COO.
Meeks most recently served as SVP of Cox Business. Meeks has also held various strategy, sales and account management roles at MCI Telecommunications.
