Key Energy Services Inc. (KEG) Thursday reported first-quarter net loss of $274 million or break even per share, compared to $3.2 million or $0.02 per share last year.
Key Energy revenues dropped to $428.4 million from $486.8 million last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.04 per share on revenues of $444.79 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
