Macquarie Infrastructure Co. LLC (MIC) Monday reported a decline in profit for the first quarter. Net income attributable to MIC LLC was $5.8 million or $0.12 per share, compared to $14.0 million or $0.30 per share in the prior year quarter.
Meanwhile, consolidated revenues slid slightly $264.20 million from $264.85 million last year.
On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.04 per share on revenues of $274.56 million. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
