AmeriGas Propane Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners L.P. (APU), Monday said Hugh Gallagher has been elected vice president - finance and chief financial officer, effective May 20.
Gallagher, 49, will also continue to serve as treasurer of UGI Corporation and AmeriGas until a successor is named to that position. Gallagher will succeed John Iannarelli, who previously announced his intention to leave the company.
The company also declared a quarterly partnership distribution of $0.84 per limited partnership unit, payable May 17 to unitholders of record May 10.
