Cablevision Systems Corp. (CVC) announced Monday said that it has signed a definitive agreement for Clearview cinemas to be acquired by Bow Tie. However, financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction which is expected to close in the coming months is subject to other customary closing conditions.
