Costco Wholesale Corp. (COST) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on Costco common stock and approved an increase from $0.275 to $0.31 per share, or from $1.10 to $1.24 per share on an annualized basis.
The company stated that the quarterly dividend is payable May 31, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2013.
