RPS Group plc (RPS.L),a consultancy providing advice upon the development of natural resources, land and property, Thursday said it expects the results for the first half similar to the comparable period last year. In the second half, it anticipates growth, the company said in a statement.
RPS said its energy business is on track to deliver another year of growth, reflecting planned expenditure in the oil and gas exploration and production sector for the year, with respect to both conventional and unconventional resources.
Talking about acquisitions, the company said integration of PEICE acquisition is performing well, and aquisition of Knowledge Reservoir is expected to make a limited contribution this year and a full contribution in 2014.
