Brookfield Residential Properties Inc. (BRP) Thursday reported first-quarter profit of $4.28 million or $0.04 per share, up from $0.62 million, or $0.01 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Revenues increased 29 percent to $171 million from $132 million last year.
