Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (KW) Tuesday reported first-quarter loss of $3.6 million or $0.06 per share, up from $3.4 million or $0.07 per share in the same period last year.
Adjusted earnings for the quarter was $10.5 million or $0.17 per share. On average, four analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.14 per share for the quarter.
Revenues increased to $22.40 million from $11.83 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $14.57 million.
