Pre-market Movers For May 8 (AOL, BBRY, LEDR, CTSH, TM, TSLA, SODA, VCLK, ALXA)

Gainers:

BlackBerry (BBRY) is rising 2 percent to $15.12.

Market Leader, Inc. (LEDR) is gaining 15 percent to $11.10. Trulia, Inc. (TRLA) has agreed to acquire the company for approximately $355 million, or an implied price of $11.33 per share.

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (CTSH) is up 5 percent to $68.45. The company's first quarter profit increased 17 percent and its adjusted earnings per share were in-line with analysts' estimate. Revenues for the quarter grew 18.1 percent and came marginally above the consensus estimate. The company forecast second quarter results above analysts' expectations. The company's board has increased the stock repurchase program by $500 million.

Toyota Motor Corp. (TM) is rising 2 percent to $118.50 following its announcement that fiscal year profit surged from the year-ago period. On a consolidated basis, net revenues rose 18.7 percent, while consolidated vehicle sales increased 1.519 million units from the previous year period.

Tesla Motors, Inc. (TSLA) is up over 2 percent to $56.88 ahead of the release of its quarterly results.

Decliners:

AOL Inc. (AOL) is down 5 percent to $39.22. The company's first quarter earnings improved from the year-ago quarter, but were below Wall Street view. Total revenues rose 2 percent from the year-ago quarter, but missed the consensus estimate. Global advertising revenue advanced 9 percent year-over-year.

SodaStream International Ltd. (SODA) is falling 6 percent to $49.79. The company's first quarter earnings improved from the prior year period and topped Wall Street view. Total revenue increased 33.9 percent and was above the consensus estimate. The company also raised its full year 2013 revenue growth forecast.

ValueClick, Inc. (VCLK) is falling 17 percent to $26.12 following the release of its quarterly results.

Trading halt:

Trading in shares of Alexza Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ALXA) was halted. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TEVA)'s subsidiary and Alexza have entered into an exclusive U.S. license and supply agreement for ADASUVE (loxapine) inhalation powder 10 mg for the acute treatment of agitation associated with schizophrenia or bipolar I disorder in adults.
