Fusion-io Inc. (FIO) announced Wednesday that Shane Robison has been named Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately. David Flynn resigned as CEO and President to pursue entrepreneurial investing activities.
The company also announced that co-founder, Rick White, has resigned as Chief Marketing Officer to join Mr. Flynn.
Fusion-io gapped open sharply lower Wednesday and is now down 4.18 at $13.82 on above average volume. The stock is now testing the lows of the year, trading at nearly a 3-week low.
