AOL Inc. (AOL) reported first quarter net income of $0.32 per share Wednesday morning, up from $0.22 per share last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.35.
AOL gapped open lower Wednesday and fell sharply in the first half hour of trade, before settling into a range. The stock finished with a loss of 3.68 at $37.74. AOL dropped to a 2-week low and slipped beneath its 50-day moving average.
