Perion Network Ltd. (PERI) reported first quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.45 Monday morning, up from $0.22 a year ago. The company expects to report full year 2013 non-GAAP EPS of $1.61.
Perion Network gapped up sharply Monday and has continued to rise in early trade. Shares are now up 2.17 at $14.77 on strong volume. The stock has broken out of a 1-week range and has set a new high for the year.
