Northern Tier Energy LP (NTI) Monday reported first-quarter profit of $119.4 million or $1.30 per share, compared to a loss of $193.6 million in the same period last year.
Adjusted earnings for the quarter was $108.2 million. On average, six analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $1.04 per share for the quarter.
Revenues improved to $1.12 billion from $999.1 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $984.03 million.
