Morguard Corp. (MRC.TO) Monday reported first-quarter profit of C$99.6 million or C$7.89 per share, up from C$51.7 million or C$4.00 per share in the comparable quarter last year.
Revenues improved 13.2 percent to C$111.4 million from C$98.5 million last year.
Funds from operations, or FFO, increased 10.5 percent to C$47.1 million or C$3.73 per share from C$42.7 million or C$3.30 per share last year.
