The board of Northrop Grumman Corp. (NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.61 per share on common stock, an 11 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share. The company said this is the tenth consecutive annual increase in its quarterly common stock dividend.
The dividend is payable June 12, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business May 28, 2013.
