Full year 2013 non-GAAP EPS is expected to be between $1.55 and $1.65, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.61. The stock is now down 0.83 on 5K shares.
Jack in the Box traded in a range for the majority of Wednesday's session and closed up by 0.11 at $38.33. The stock rose to its second consecutive new high for the year.
