Paring gains, the Australian dollar edged down against the European currency in late Asian deals on Thursday.
The aussie eased from an early high of 1.2994 against the euro and is now trading at 1.3047. The aussie may face next downside target level around 1.32. The pair ended Wednesday's deals at 1.3018.
