Bajaj Auto Ltd. posted fourth-quarter stand-alone net profit of Rs.765.77 crore, down from the Rs.772.00 crore in the fourth-quarter of 2012. Total income grew to Rs.4,990.09 crore from the Rs.4,790.93 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company's board recommended a dividend of Rs.45.00 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the fiscal year 2013.
At the BSE, Bajaj Auto shares are currently trading at Rs.1,839, up 0.94 percent from the previous close.
