Immunotec Inc. (IMM.V) announced that it has appointed Charles Orr as its Chief Executive Officer. Orr has served since March 2009 as Executive Director of the Direct Selling Education Foundation, where he held ultimate responsibility for the Foundation's programs and activities.
Orr served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Shaklee Corporation (1993-2000), where he was responsible for the performance of the company's diverse business units. Orr has been a director of Immunotec since 2006. Orr is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in the direct selling field.
