Charges Against Brothers Who Entered Crime Scene

All charges have been dropped against two brothers who wrestled with officers to gain access to their brother's crime scene last month, the Miami Herald is reporting.

Anthony and Antwan Walker, of Miami, were distraught and pushed their way through police crime scene tape to see the body of their brother, Brandon Walker, 25, after being shot to death.

Both men were charged with resisting arrest with violence and Anthony Walker faced a battery on a police officer charge for punching one of the officers.

"It was the fair and just thing to do," Larry Handfield, attorney for the brothers, said.

"The community is very sensitive to what happened and I hope this will quell things. I'm very happy justice has been done."

The whole scene was captured by a news helicopter and showed Det. Fernando Bosch punching Anthony Walker several times, NBC Miami is reporting.

As part of the agreement, both brothers agreed to not press criminal charges against Det. Bosch.
