Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (SKT) Friday said it has appointed Steven Tanger as its President & Chief Executive Officer to serve for the ensuing year.
Frank Marchisello, Jr. has been named Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, while Thomas McDonough will assume the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.
The shareholder have also elected, among other directors, William Benton as a Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.
