SPY Inc. (XSPY.OB), Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Michael Angel has announced his intention to resign, in order to return to his permanent home.
Angel will be available for the company as a full time interim CFO consultant until the appointment of a successor. SPY has commenced a search for a new CFO.
