Ros Agro Plc. (AGRO.L), Russian diversified food producer with vertically integrated operations, reported that its first-quarter net loss was 577.94 million Russian rubles or about $19 million, compared to profit of 557.63 million rubles in the same quarter last year. Loss per ordinary share was 24.62 rubles, compared to profit of 21.91 rubles in the previous year.
Loss for the period was 577.94 million rubles, compared to profit of 557.63 million rubles in the prior year period.
Sales for the quarter amounted to 6.42 billion rubles or $211 million, an increase from last year's 6.30 billion rubles.
