Tellabs (TLAB) announced the resignation of Andrew Szafran from the postions of executive vice president and chief financial officer, for personal reasons. The company said Tom Minichiello, Tellabs vice president, finance and chief accounting officer, will serve as acting CFO.
The company noted that the resignation of Andrew Szafran is not related to Tellabs operations, financial reporting or business outlook.
