Websense Inc. (WBSN) announced Monday morning that it agreed to be acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $24.75 per share in cash.
Websense gapped open dramatically higher Monday and is currently up 5.48 at $24.71 on the highest volume of the year. The stock has leaped to a new high for the year.
