The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) announced it has filed a lawsuit against CAO Group Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of dental products, alleging the violation of intellectual property rights. The lawsuit is related to the manufacturing and selling of "Sheer White," "Sheer FluorX," and "Sheer DesenZ" products.
Procter & Gamble company said it is suing CAO in order to protect the investment in its technology and Crest Whitestrips business.
