DXP Enterprises, Inc. (DXPE) Monday said it has completed the acquisition of Tucker Tool Co., Inc., a leading distributor of state-of-the-art cutting tools, abrasives, coolants and machine shop supplies.

Tucker Tool compliments DXP's regional offering and end markets, thereby providing better customer solutions, accelerate growth in the region and provide additional expansion opportunities.
The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings and further expand our Metal Working products and services platform.
