Four Soft Ltd. announced that it had signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Kelvin Catering Services, a sister concern of UAE-based Sodexo's for its web-centric warehouse management application, 4SeLog.
Sodexo is one of the largest food services and facilities management companies in the world with nearly 420,000 employees present in 34,000 sites in 80 countries.
At the BSE, Four Soft shares are currently trading at Rs.14.20, up 3.12 percent from the previous close.
