Renew Holdings PLC (RNWH.L) Tuesday reported near-flat profit for the first half, but a decline in revenue, and said it raised the interim dividend by 5 percent.
For the first half, the company reported pre-tax profit of 4.58 million pounds compared with 4.31 million pounds reported a year back.
Profit for the period attributable to equity holders of the company amounted to 3.42 million pounds versus 3.07 million pounds reported last year.
On a per share basis, earnings were 5.46 pence compared with 4.95 pence reported last year. On an adjusted basis earnings were 6.2 pence compared with 5.65 pence last year.
Revenue for the period was 152.41 million pounds, down from 182.43 million pounds last year.
The company has increased the interim dividend by 5 percent to 1.10 pence per share which will be paid on 8 July to shareholders on the register at 7 June.
