Lithuania's industrial production climbed 6.1 percent from a year earlier in April, the latest figures from Statistics Lithuania showed Tuesday.
On a working day adjusted basis, production increased 5 percent year-on-year during the month.
Month-on-month, however, production fell 9.2 percent in April. The seasonally adjusted production index was down 3.3 percent compared to March.
Manufacturing output rose 4.6 percent year-on-year on a working day adjusted basis in April. Mining and quarrying output fell 4.6 percent, while production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning surged 9.7 percent.
