Authorities in Powder Springs, Georgia have arrested a woman after she allegedly stabbed her stepfather multiple times in the arm, head and back on Sunday.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Shaquioa Chantres Crawford, 19, was arrested on Sunday after her stepfather, Vince Anderson, 51, was walking down a road, trying to stop drivers and asking for help.
Authorities arrived on scene and learned from Anderson that he had been stabbed multiple times by his stepdaughter.
"The accused stated the victim grabbed her by the arm and tried to remove her from the residence," said a Powder Springs police officer, according to the West Cobb Patch. "The accused admitted to removing a silver in color folding pocket knife from her pocket and striking the victim on the head and neck area causing cuts and lacerations to the victims head and neck."
The two were reportedly arguing over the location of an EBT card.
Crawford was arrested Sunday night and charged with aggravated assault. She was booked into the Cobb County jail and is being held on $20,000 bond.
