Non-GAAP net income for the latest fourth quarter declined to $10.8 million or $0.05 per share from $27.1 million or $0.12 per share in the comparable quarter last year. O average, five analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.05 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Revenue for the fourth quarter declined to $239.92 million from $266.05 million a year ago, while four analysts had a consensus revenue estimate of $239.68 million for the quarter.
For fiscal 2014, the company expects GAAP earnings of $0.35 per share to $0.37 per share and revenues of about $1.0 billion. Analysts currently expect fiscal 2014 earnings of $0.42 per share and revenues of $1.01 billion.
