Center Bancorp Inc. (CNBC), parent company of Union Center National Bank, announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share at its Board meeting dated May 20, 2013. This represents an increase of $0.020 or 36.36% to the dividend from first quarter ended 2013.
This dividend declared is for the quarter ending June 30, 2013. The dividend will be distributed on August 1, 2013, to all shareholders of record on July 12, 2013.
