An accident in Georgia is being investigated that killed one man and injured another.
The crash happened in the early morning while Jonathan Elijah Watson, 46, was driving with passenger Michael Wayne Lindler, 56. Georgia's The Telegraph reports, a news release states that Watson drove off the road but overturned while trying to overcorrect his steering.
As a result, Lindler was partially ejected from the passenger window and Watson sustained injuries. Both men were not wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
Watson remains hospitalized but is charged with DUI, no seat belt and vehicular homicide.
An autopsy will examine Lindler's body while the investigation remains underway.
