FBI Seeks Help From Public In Denver Bank Robbery

The FBI along with the Carbondale Police Department are asking for help from the public in the search a suspect who recently robbed a Wells Fargo Bank.

Local television station KREX reports that on May 5, a light skinned male went into a Wells Fargo Bank in Carbondale, Colorado, with a black semi-automatic handgun, threatening everyone inside the bank and handed a note to a teller.

The suspect was wearing sunglasses and what may have been a wig and fake mustache, along with wearing baggy white pants and a dark blue sweatshirt. He's described as approximately 5'6'' to 5'9'' inches tall, thin, and between 25 and 35 years old.

He made off with an undisclosed amount of money from the bank.

Wells Fargo has offered a $500 reward for anyone to come forward with information regarding the robbery.
