Larsen & Toubro Ltd., in a filing with BSE, clarified that the final dividend of Rs.18.50 declared on May 22 was pre-bonus dividend per share on the existing capital (pre-bonus share capital). Accordingly, the post-bonus dividend share would be Rs.12.33 apiece for the fiscal year 2013..
At the BSE, Larsen & Toubro closed Thursday's trading at Rs.1,418.65, down 6.49 percent from the previous close.
