Minnesota Barbershop Owner Charged With Selling Meth

The owner of a barbershop in Burnsville, Minnesota has been arrested and charged with possessing and selling large amounts of methamphetamine.

The Pioneer Press reports that Albert Morris Johnson, 35, was arrested and charged with having over 5 kilograms of meth in his home. The amount seized was a record amount taken at once by authorities in Dakota County, Minnesota.

When he was arrested, authorities also discovered $16,000 in cash, a digital scale, a money counter, packaging material and two handguns

Drug Task Force agents think that Johnson, who owns the Q & A Barbershop in Burnsville, has his business tied to his drug dealing and searched the barbershop for drugs as well.
He is currently being held at the county jail on $1.5 million bail.
