Marsh, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. (MMC), said Thursday that it has agreed to buy Rehder y Asociados Group, an insurance advisor in Peru.
The business includes the insurance broker Rehder y Asociados and employee health and benefits specialist Humanasalud.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2013. The combined entity will operate under the name Marsh Rehder.
