A Florida woman is facing criminal charges this week after vandalizing a car and then leaving a post-it note attached to explain her actions. The Pasco Sheriff's department claim that 23-year-old Natasha Myers committed the crime in the parking lot of a Publix store and then went in to the store, borrowing the post-it note from a clerk, reports the Tampa Bay Times.
Surveillance camera footage shows Myers digging a key deep into the hood of vehicle on April 17. She etched a rough rendering of male genitalia and then attached the following note:
"Hey I keyed your car," it read. "You didn't stop for pedestrians as is law. Since no cop to enforce a ticket, this should cover the cost of your fine. Have a good day. P.S. Don't be a d---."
The car's owner, 63-year-old Debra Street called 911 after noticing the damage, which tallied over $1,200. Myers was arrested this week, according to the Times.
