Associated Estates Realty Corp. (AEC) announced after the bell Tuesday that it commenced a public offering of approximately 6,500,000 of its common shares on a forward basis. The stock is now down 0.45 on 7K shares.
Associated Estates Realty pulled back around mid-afternoon Tuesday and finished with a loss of 0.15 at $17.97. The stock dipped to a 2 1/2 week low.
