Morgan Stanley downgraded its rating on shares of Halliburton Co. (HAL) Thursday morning to "Underweight" from "Equal weight."
Halliburton gapped open lower Thursday and has fallen further in the last 15 minutes. The stock is now down 1.38 at $42.19.
