Canadian Solar Inc. (CSIQ) announced results of 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today.
The shareholders approved the election of Shawn Qum, Michael Potter, Robert McDermott, Lars-Eric Johansson, Harry Ruda as directors of the Company.
The shareholders also approved the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP as the auditors of the Company.
