BMW Group (BMW.L, BAMXF.PK, BAMXY.PK) reported May sales of 166,397 BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce automobiles; an increase of 6.0% from 156,954 automobiles last year. The BMW Group achieved its best-ever May sales result.
The Group reported it has delivered a total of 770,025 vehicles since the start of the year, the highest sales figures ever for the company in the first five months of the year; and an increase of 5.8% from 728,038 vehicles last year.
Worldwide sales of BMW brand vehicles climbed 7.8% to 139,161 units in May.
