Imagination Technologies Group Plc (IMG.L), a provider of multimedia and communication technologies, said it signed a license deal with Toshiba Corp. (TOSBF.PK) for a range of technologies from its Ensigma connectivity and PowerVR graphics and video families.
Toshiba will deploy the technologies in a range of connected SoC or system on chip devices targeting several consumer electronics markets.
As per the licensing terms, Imagination will receive license fees and royalty revenues on shipment of SoCs incorporating Imagination's IP.
