HEICO Corp. (HEI) announced its Board has declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $0.07 per share payable on both classes of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 22, 2013 to shareholders of record as of July 8, 2013.
The cash dividend represents a 17% increase over the prior semi-annual per share amount of $0.06.
